Led design team to redefine the UX and visual design of Accenture’s Code of Business Ethics communication platform. We designed a responsive, user friendly website embedded with a genial chatbot named COBE. Site and chatbot design resulted in a 20-fold increase in daily site visits.
Led responsive redesign of ConsumersEnergy.com. Redesign repositioned CE’s JD Powers customer satisfaction index ranking from 37th to 12th out of 59 utility companies, raising them from the 3rd to 1st.
Joined forces with team to define Best Buy’s “My Best Buy” customer account UX. Designed a dashboard displaying personalized content and calls to action based on purchases. Our work resulted in online sales growth of 24% in 3rd quarter. (Moody’s).
